Privacy Policy
PrivacyPixels is operated by Fidget Labs B.V. (KVK 97512583, Breda, Netherlands), the data controller for this service. This policy explains exactly what we do and do not collect.
Your images
Your images are processed in server memory and are never written to disk or stored in a database. Clean It images exist only for the few seconds of processing and are then discarded. Flip It sends your image to a vision AI model for analysis and discards it after the response. No human at PrivacyPixels ever views your images.
Clean It collects nothing about you
Clean It requires no account and sets no tracking cookies. You can strip metadata anonymously. We do not log your IP address against your files or build any profile of you.
Flip It account data
Flip It uses a passwordless email sign-in. To run your account we store your email address and your credit balance in our database (Supabase). We use a short-lived rate-limit record tied to a request fingerprint to prevent abuse. We do not store your processed images, keywords, or analysis results on our servers after returning them to your browser.
Payments
Credit purchases are handled by Stripe. Stripe processes your card details directly. PrivacyPixels never sees or stores your card number. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded, so we can add credits to your balance.
Your GDPR rights
If you have a Flip It account you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account yourself from the account page. Deletion erases your email address and forfeits any remaining credits with no refund. We retain a pseudonymized record of purchases (with no email attached) only as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically around seven years, under the legal-obligation exception in GDPR Article 17(3). Since we do not store your images, there is nothing image-related to erase.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
